Through consultation and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Automatically: IP address, device and browser type and pages visited, collected through essential cookies and, only with your prior consent, analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to answer enquiries, arrange consultations, deliver distance personal-training services and comply with legal duties. The legal bases are your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interests, in line with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII (ст. 6).

4. Retention and security

Enquiry data is kept for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Access is restricted to authorised staff and processors bound by confidentiality.
