These terms govern consultation-led private training by realestatme.com LLC (EDRPOU 86542208, Kyiv, Ukraine) in studio, at your home and online, under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, ст. 6 Закону України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
Services and pricing
A consultation sets goals, format, duration and frequency. Price, scope, duration, cancellation and refund terms and your consumer rights are confirmed in writing before payment per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. No guaranteed fitness, weight-loss or medical outcomes are promised (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР).
Scheduling, cancellation and refunds
Book by email or phone; bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund or credit; late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Unused prepaid sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase, less sessions delivered.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate health information, disclose injuries and restrictions, follow instructions, and keep home and online spaces safe. Consult a doctor before starting. Online, you are responsible for your connection and equipment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, realestatme.com LLC is not liable for indirect loss or injury caused by undisclosed conditions or ignored instructions. This does not limit rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.
