01 / Intake

The plan is written before the first session.

Every programme begins with a 45-minute intake consultation. Nothing is prescribed until your goal, your equipment and the hours you actually have are on paper.

Goal
The outcome you want over the next twelve weeks, stated in your own words and turned into targets we can measure.
Equipment
What you train with: the dumbbells in your building's gym, resistance bands at home, or bodyweight only. The plan is built around that list, not around a wish list.
Schedule
Concrete windows only: early morning before 08:00, lunch between 12:00 and 14:00, or evening from 18:00. Kyiv studio, home visit, or live online.
Constraints
Old injuries, desk hours and travel weeks are recorded first, so the written plan still holds together in week three.

02 / Intake

From first message to a plan in your hands

Four steps, each ending in something you can read. No sales call dressed up as an assessment.

  1. 01

    You send a short message

Tell us the goal, the days you can protect, and the equipment you actually have. A reply arrives within one working day.

  2. 02

    Intake consultation, 30 minutes

Online or at the Kyiv studio. We watch a few basic movements, ask about old injuries, and map the early morning, lunch or evening hours that stay free.

  3. 03

    The programme is written down

Sessions per week, exercise order, starting loads, and what to do on the days between. It is drafted before the first session, never improvised inside one.

  4. 04

    Handover and first booking

We read the plan together, move a session or swap an exercise if the week is tight, and set the first date. Rates are agreed before this point and stay fixed.

Rates and cancellation terms sit on the pricing page. Ready to start? Send the first message.

03 / Written plan

Your plan arrives as a document, not a suggestion.

Before the first session you receive one written page by email. It names the exercises, the equipment, the weekly rhythm and the review date.

  1. Session structure, block by block

Every block names the exercise, the sets and the minute it starts, so nothing is improvised once you are in the room.

  2. Equipment you actually have

Each movement is tagged with the tool it needs, so you can see at a glance what happens with a rack and what happens on a living room floor.

  3. A weekly rhythm that fits your week

Two, three or four sessions, placed in the early morning, lunch or evening window you confirmed during intake.

  4. The review date, written in advance

Your monthly review sits in the document with the exact measurements we will compare against.

How equipment is matched

In the Kyiv studio the plan draws on the rack, cable column and kettlebells already on site. A home visit rebuilds the same plan around the dumbbells, bands or floor space you own.

Live online assumes one pair of dumbbells and a mat, never more. The goal does not change; the tool list does.

The written plan is included in every programme, and the fixed prices in UAH are on the pricing page. Ready to start? Request the intake consultation.

04 / Intake call

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

A 20-minute call covering your goal, the equipment you actually have and the windows that fit your week. If the fit is right, the written plan follows within two working days.
